4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Fees

The services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Normex.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services.

7. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. For enterprise customers, we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request.

8. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our services. If we fail to meet this commitment, eligible customers may request service credits as described in our SLA documentation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Normex.ai does not warrant that the services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORMEX.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Normex.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the services. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
